













CLS Risk Solutions is an MGA that specialises in innovative underwriting solutions that de-risk property transactions, developments and ownership. But they had an awareness problem. Their distribution came chiefly through brokers, but the team knew the wider property industry would be interested in what they had to say.
A brand with a message that resonates beyond the broker
With the outputs from our brand and value proposition workshops, we defined and articulated what makes CLS Risk Solutions different. The messaging was summed up in the phrase, “Opportunities, unlocked,” which captures how the team helps developers and funders use insurance as a financial tool so they can develop more properties more quickly.
An identity that reflected their dynamic nature
Working with the CLS mother brand logo, we created a dynamic “projection” device that not only reflects the technical, structural, architectural nature of their market, but symbolises the endless future opportunities their solutions can help people to realise.
We married that with imagery that captures striking, often abstract architecture. Together, the graphics and the photography put the brand bang in the centre of a modern, creative and exciting property development market.
Creating content to build a following
We built two new websites for them, one for the UK and one for Europe. We created content so that each product had a web page, a PowerPoint presentation, an explainer video and a product sheet to download. We wrote blogs, emails and social posts to promote them, and worked their LinkedIn account to connect with their audience.
The campaign has seen 164% uplift in social followers, 120% increase in site visits, generating conversations with property industry experts. All in 7 months.
